Dopamine is related to the experience of pleasure, learning, memory, motor system function, and many other things. The higher its concentration in your body, the more you will be able to concentrate on your work. It will help in increasing creativity and concentration. In fact, it is like a motivation to meet your target. To be successful, it is necessary that you meet your target given for a fixed time. To boost this hormone, make any task and complete it.
